Kamloops, BC - Pattison Media announces the retirement of Mike Jean, a respected leader whose career spanned more than two decades of exceptional service.
Mike joined the organization in 2001 as an Account Executive in Victoria and quickly became known for his strategic approach, creative problem-solving, and commitment to mentoring others.
His leadership as Retail Sales Manager for Victoria and later as Director of Metro Sales helped shape a collaborative, high-performing team that consistently delivered outstanding results. Mike is known for his exceptional client relation building skills, calm manner, and thoughtful contributions. His leadership skills created an accountable and productive environment for his sales teams, allowing junior team members mentorship and growth and senior sales executives, guidance and encouragement.
