Pattison Media is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our growing Digital Marketing division. This is a foundational role that supports our sales and digital strategy teams from behind the scenes. Perfect for someone who loves organization, collaboration, and making complex projects run smoothly.

In this role, you’ll focus on proposals, internal coordination, documentation, and campaign support. Rather than being client-facing, you’ll work closely with Digital Specialists, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and other internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly from the first idea to final execution.

This position reports to the Digital Specialist Lead. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Western Canada, but preference will be given to those based in one of our Radio and Television markets.

Pattison Media’s Digital Marketing team offers a full suite of solutions including SEM, SEO, social media, Programmatic Advertising, and website development — helping businesses across Western Canada grow and thrive through smarter marketing. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in enabling sales success by supporting the internal processes and deliverables that keep campaigns on track and clients impressed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and formatting of sales proposals and presentation materials.
  • Gather data such as impressions, targeting options, and audience insights to support campaign recommendations.
  • Maintain and update internal templates, proposal libraries, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops, Creative, and Customer Success teams.
  • Capture meeting notes and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Assist with reporting and compiling campaign performance summaries for simple campaign.
  • Support internal communications and process improvements within the sales enablement function.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is an asset but not required — training will be provided.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed.
