Pattison Media, Prince George, is the largest and most influential broadcast and marketing company in Northern British Columbia. We have a rare opportunity for one candidate to join our top performing sales team as an Advertising Account Executive, representing the regional brands of CKPG TV, CTV, Global, CKPGToday.ca, Nimble and Pattison Outdoor. The ideal candidate will be results oriented and passionate about the success of their clients’ businesses and the communities in which we serve.

We provide training, leadership, goal setting, and assistance to help make you successful. We have a professional media environment, and we like to have fun.

Accountabilities :

• Develop advertising sales on multiple platforms; Television, Digital, Out-of-Home.
• Conduct client needs analysis in person and virtually.
• Create, present and close professional, customized integrated marketing strategies that deliver results.
• Manage and grow an existing list of established clients, building long term trust relationships through exceptional customer service
• Prospect and develop new clients by reaching out to local and regional businesses.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with an established team of professionals in a fun environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years business-to-business sales experience.
• Advertising sales, digital marketing or broadcasting experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, written and face to face.
• Business acumen and proficient in digital trends.
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure of deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with energy, discipline, and enthusiasm.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn, embrace new ideas and collaborate.
• Post secondary diploma or degree in a related field of study (Broadcasting, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, Business, etc.).
• Professional appearance and reliable vehicle mandatory.
